Rayn Marketing provides marketing and business growth services for beauty, aesthetics and wellness businesses, including but not limited to:

• Follow-up systems
• Reporting and analytics

All services are customised to each client's requirements.

No Guaranteed Results

Marketing outcomes vary based on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, pricing, competition, sales processes, operational capacity and client responsiveness.

Rayn Marketing does not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, appointment numbers or return on investment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Approve advertising materials promptly
• Maintain adequate capacity to manage incoming leads
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Fees & Payment Terms

Pricing for business clients is provided following consultation and may vary depending on the scope of services.

Partner clinics may be charged onboarding fees and performance-based success fees in accordance with their service agreement.

Consumer Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £49 is required to activate your offer and secure your appointment.

This fee is paid directly to Rayn LLC for marketing, booking coordination and administrative services.

Our partner clinics contractually agree to provide an equivalent £49 credit towards your treatment cost.

Any remaining balance is payable directly to the clinic at the time of your appointment.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Customers are typically contacted within one business day after submitting their details.

Invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed payment terms. Late payments may result in service suspension. Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms is the client's responsibility.

Important: Rayn LLC is not the treatment provider.All treatments are provided directly by independent partner clinics. Rayn LLC provides marketing, booking coordination and administrative services only and does not collect the remaining treatment balance.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Rayn Marketing remains the property of Rayn Marketing until payment has been received in full.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayn Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service during the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
