These terms govern services provided by Rayn LLC trading as Rayn Marketing. By engaging our services you agree to the terms set out below and in your signed agreement.
1. Services
Services provided by Rayn LLC may include:
- Marketing
- Lead Generation
- Advertising
- Appointment Setting
- Campaign Management
- Consultancy
2. Performance
Results are not guaranteed. Client results may vary based on market conditions, offer, location, sales processes, responsiveness, and other business factors. Clients remain responsible for their own business operations, including treatment delivery, customer service and regulatory compliance.
3. Fees & payment
All fees are governed by the signed agreement between Rayn LLC and the client. Fees may include setup, management, lead, appointment, success and administrative charges. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
4. Suspension & termination
Rayn LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Failed billing
- Fraud
- Misrepresentation
- Abuse of services
- Breach of agreement
5. Client responsibilities
Clients remain solely responsible for their own business operations, regulatory compliance, treatment delivery, customer relationships, and any obligations owed to their end customers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayn LLC's liability is limited to fees paid by the client to Rayn LLC in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
