Consumer Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee of £49 is required to activate your offer and secure your appointment.

This fee is paid directly to Rayn LLC for marketing, booking coordination and administrative services.

Our partner clinics contractually agree to provide an equivalent £49 credit towards your treatment cost.

Any remaining balance is payable directly to the clinic at the time of your appointment.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Customers are typically contacted within one business day after submitting their details.

Advertising Spend

Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) is non-refundable.

Completed Work

No refunds are provided for work already completed.

Setup & Onboarding Fees

Any onboarding or setup fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of future bookings.
